Molisha Return and Exchange Policy
At Molisha, we aim to give you the best shopping experience. However, in certain cases, you may need to return or exchange your order. Please read our policy carefully:
Return is only available if you receive:
A wrong product (different from what you ordered), or
A damaged product (defective or damaged during transit).
To claim a return:
You must submit a clear unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package.
The video must be continuous from opening the sealed package till the product is fully visible.
No return request will be accepted without an unboxing video.
The return request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product via our website www.molisha.in.
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
2 Exchange Policy
Size Exchange:
If the size does not fit, we offer a FREE size exchange based on approval and stock availability.
If the next size is out of stock or if you ordered the last available size, exchange will not be possible.
Exchange for Different Product:
If you want to exchange for a different item (style or design), you will need to pay Rs. 150 courier charges.
This is also subject to approval, stock availability, and size availability.
Only 1 exchange is allowed per order, and it must be approved by our team in advance.
Pickup for exchange will be arranged only once.
A second-time pickup or exchange request cannot be processed, as it's not permitted in our system.
Exchange Process:
1. Raise an exchange request from your order details page at www.molishain.
2. We will arrange a courier pick-up from your address.
If courier service is unavailable in your area, you will need to self-ship the product to us.
3.0nce we receive and inspect the product, we will dispatch your selected exchanged item.
Please allow 2-3 working days for the pickup process and another 3-5 working days for delivery of the exchanged product after pickup confirmation.
Exchange is a customer-friendly facility, not a legal right, and can be declined if product conditions are not met.
3.Important Terms
Return/Exchange facility is applicable only once per order.
If the product fails quality checks (e.g., signs of use, damage, perfume smell, or missing tags), the return or exchange request will be rejected.
Refunds process takes 4 to 5 working days
4. Legal Disclaimer
Abuse of return/exchange policy (frequent returns, misuse of unboxing claims) may lead to cancellation of future orders.
Molisha reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel the return and exchange policy at any time without prior notice, in compliance with applicable consumer protection
laws.
Al disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan courts only.
