No phone calls will be accepted for exchange or return.
After receiving your WhatsApp message, our team will create your exchange or return request in the system.

🔄 Exchange Policy
✅ 1-Time Exchange Only
Each order is eligible for one-time exchange only.
The new article must be of the same or higher price than the original item. Exchange for a lower-priced product is not allowed.
Exchange is strictly on approval basis.
✅ Exchange Process
After your request is approved, our team will create the exchange request.
Our pick-up team will be arranged (where available). If pick-up is unavailable at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our address.
Pick-up will generally happen within 3–4 working days after verification.
Product tag must be intact – exchanges without the original tag will not be accepted.
Once pick-up is confirmed and completed, we will dispatch your new article promptly.

🔙 Return Policy
✅ Return with Approval Only
Return requests are allowed only on approval basis.
A flat ₹250 courier charge will be deducted for every approved return.
If pick-up is unavailable at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to us.
✅ Return Process
After your request is approved, our team will create the return request.
Pick-up will be arranged as per availability, or you may need to self-ship.
Pick-up will generally happen within 3–4 working days after approval.
After pick-up, you will receive an SMS from our logistics partner BLITZ SCALE within 24 hours.
You must enter your account number and IFSC code in the link provided in the SMS.
Refunds are made online, directly to your bank account after pick-up confirmation. The amount is generally credited within 1–2 working days. (In rare technical cases, it may take 5–6 days.)
