Molisha Exchange Policy
At Molisha, we offer exchanges only for size-related issues, subject to approval and stock availability. Please note the following important terms regarding our exchange process:
Exchange Eligibility:
Only Damaged/Size issue products are eligible for return. We do not accept colour issue, change of mind, other reasons.
Customer must inform us within 2days of receiving the order via WHATSAPP at 8329887600 with clear picture/ Unboxing video of item received.
Claim raised post 2 days will not be accepted.
The item should be unused, unwashed and in its original packing with Tag intact.
Exchange Guidelines:
Size exchanges are allowed only upon approval and depend on stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will inform you of the next available option.
If a customer wishes to exchange for a different article, the price of the new article must be equal to or higher than the original purchase.
If a different article is selected, a ₹250 courier charge will apply. This fee covers both the pickup of the original article and the delivery of the new one.
